Nicole Yu
Biography
Nicole is an instructor of Flexible Steel Level 2 and certified as an instructor of StrongFirst Elite. She has been highly acknowledged in the areas of Athlete Training in Taiwan and frequently been invited as lecturer for various sports training workshops. She has been recognized as most welcome lectors, trainers. In 2016 Nicole received the recognition as best teacher from Taipei City. “Be Both Strong and Flexible–Be Flexible Steel” is Nicole’s motto. As the first certified Flexible Steel L2 and StrongFirst Elite license owner in Taiwan, Nicole has been aggressively engaging herself to be the best and devote herself on helping lots of people to well managing strong and flexible in perfect balance.
She has been dedicated herself in sports areas for over 30 years Nicole starts her journey as gymnast, received gold medal in balance beam in East Asia Women Gymnastics Invitational, 1980-1983. She, then, moves on to be bodybuilding in 2001, received bronze medal in 2003/2004 Asian Bodybuilding championship. Her talent also expended at street dance, received gold medal at Taiwan Street Dance in 2006.
Nicole holds a master’s degree in Sports Sciences at the University of Taipei. For decades she has devoted herself to sports education, as well as performing creativity, she has been helping to enable many youth talents to growth in the areas of sports. “I dedicated my best contribution to my loving sports.”
Nicole has certified herself in NSCA-CSCS, CPT and FMS, FCS. She is also well known as the producer of Taiwan Sports Show, hosting by Sports Administration, MOE.

Level I Instructor – Has demonstrated a high proficiency in the essentials of the Flexible Steel system and shown an ability to effectively teach others. To find an instructor in your area, click on the country name.
Level II Instructor – Have received further training in Flexible Steel system specialties and advanced curriculum. To find an instructor in your area, click on the country name.
Instructor Specialists – Hand picked experts tasked with Teaching and Leading the Flexible Steel Instructor Certification. They are all kettlebell experts, have an FMS background and most are martial arts experts as well. Be confident you are in great hands with these professionals.
