“This course made me excited about training with my martial arts tools again. First off, if you’re looking for a course that is going to turn you into a card-carrying member of the Hand or Foot Clans, then this isn’t for you… But if you want a course that teaches you to use an old time martial arts tool that will help you with:

  • Shoulder health
  • Hand eye coordination
  • Reflexes
  • And cognitive abilities

Then give this course a try. Master Engum has put great effort in putting a course together that is simple enough for the beginner to acquire skills quickly and safely. It is also progressive enough to give a challenge to more seasoned practitioners. The swings, transitions, and flows are explained and demonstrated with great detail.  They’re also presented in easy to digest videos. I recommend this to anyone wanting to add another dimension to their movement practice.”
